Invoice Generator

An invoice generator that runs entirely in your browser: add your logo, company and client details and line items, then drag and resize each block to lay out the page exactly how you want. Choose A4, Letter or Legal in portrait or landscape, set margins and padding, and export a PDF or print directly. Your invoice data — including layout — stays on your device and is never uploaded, and it saves automatically so you can return and keep editing.

Documents

Saved in this browser only. Export JSON for a backup you can import anywhere — including into the other document tools.

Frequently asked questions

Is invoice data uploaded to a server?

Invoice data is never uploaded to a server — your company details, client details, logo and line items all stay in your browser and are processed locally.

How do I change the layout of an invoice?

Every block on the page — logo, company info, bill-to section, line items table, totals, notes and any text block you add — can be dragged and resized freely, so you control the layout completely.

What page sizes does the invoice generator support?

A4, Letter and Legal are supported, in either portrait or landscape, with independently configurable top, right, bottom and left margins plus an extra padding value.

What is the difference between printing an invoice and downloading it as a PDF?

Print opens your browser’s print dialog, which also offers a "Save as PDF" option, while Download PDF generates and saves a PDF file directly in one click, sized to match your configured page.

Can I save and manage multiple invoices?

Multiple named invoices can be saved in the Documents panel, reopened later, and exported or imported as JSON backups to move between devices.

What is the difference between an invoice and a receipt?

An invoice requests payment for goods or services before or at the time they are delivered, while a receipt confirms that payment has already been received — this tool is built for invoices, and a separate Receipt Maker covers receipts.
