Quotation / Estimate Generator

A quotation is a priced offer for work that has not started yet, and this quotation generator builds one entirely in your browser. Add your company and client details, line items with per-item tax, discount and shipping, and a valid-until date instead of a due date, then drag and resize every block to arrange the page. Print it or download a PDF — nothing is uploaded, and the quotation is stored only on your device.

Frequently asked questions

What is a quotation?

A quotation is a priced offer a business sends to a prospective client before work begins, listing items or services, prices and a validity date rather than a payment due date.

What is the difference between a quotation and an invoice?

A quotation is sent before work starts and carries a validity date with no payment demand, while an invoice is the bill sent after work is agreed or delivered and carries a due date — this tool covers quotations, and a separate Invoice Generator covers invoices.

How do I turn a quotation into an invoice?

Exporting the quotation as JSON from the Documents panel and importing it into the Invoice Generator carries over the parties, line items and layout, so only payment terms need to be added.

Does the quotation tool support tax, discount and shipping?

Each line item can carry its own tax and discount, and a shipping charge can be added to the total before setting the valid-until date.

Is my quotation data uploaded anywhere?

Quotation data is never uploaded — client details, pricing and layout are stored and processed locally in your browser.
