Receipt Maker
Choose a standard page size or a narrow 80mm thermal-printer width and this receipt maker builds a payment receipt in your browser, complete with your business, the payer and the items paid for. It works just as well for rent receipts and cash memos. Print it or download a PDF in one click — nothing leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
What is a payment receipt?
A payment receipt is a document confirming that a specific amount was paid by a named payer for stated items or services, typically showing a date and receipt number.
Can I make a thermal-printer style receipt?
Selecting the "Receipt 80mm" page size produces the narrow format used by point-of-sale thermal printers, while A4 or Letter gives a full-page receipt.
Can I use this tool for rent receipts?
Setting the payer as your tenant and adding one line item for the month’s rent produces a rent receipt you can print or save as PDF, and saved receipts can be duplicated with the number bumped automatically for next month.
Is my receipt data uploaded anywhere?
Receipt data is never uploaded — payer, business and item details are stored and processed only in your browser.
What is the difference between a receipt and an invoice?
An invoice requests payment before it is made, while a receipt confirms that payment has already happened, which is why receipts carry no due date.
